Refund & Returns Policy – Shojikiya

Refund and return request valid for 3 days from the date of the order have been delivered by the courier service subject to product conditions and reason. You will require to provide us evidence such as order information, product image and reason such as any major damage or defect of products or a wrong order has been delivered for further checking via email at shojikiyamalaysia@gmail.com or contact us at 03-8090 1083.

Return and refund will require the products to be return to our warehouse. Shojikiya Website will investigate the returned item carefully and contact you within a reasonable timeframe to let you know if this can be exchanged or if you have a right to a refund (as appropriate).

The refund or replacement will take place as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of the date we send you an email confirming the refund or replacement of the product. Only the amount paid for the products will be reimbursed from the refund. The delivery charges will not be reimbursed. The refund will be in voucher form to apply for next online purchase or monetary form using the same payment method for the purchase which may need to takes 7-21 working days (subject to the bank account used by the card holder).

Shojikiya Sdn Bhd reserve the rights to reject the refund and return request which does not fulfill the requirement or without reasonable evidence.
