No delivery fee, you can opt for self-pickup.

Standard Delivery
We will process to ship out your parcel within 1-3 working days(excluding weekends and public holidays) via courier such as Pos Laju, Pgeon, Ninjavan, Flash Express or J&T Express.
Frozen / Express Delivery
We will process to ship out your parcel within 1-3 working days(excluding
weekends and public holidays) via Grab Delivery, GoGet or Lalamove which you will receive on the same day we ship out the parcel.
This fee does not include door-to-door services such as loading, unloading, or carrying items into buildings or homes.
For orders containing frozen products, only express delivery is available. If your area is not within the coverage zone, the only option will be self-pickup.
DISCLAIMER: Please take note and be aware of your order, as we and the delivery personnel will contact you during delivery. If the buyer does not answer the call or pick up the order, the delivery will be forfeited, and the buyer will need to make another payment for re-delivery.
**Please indicate in your order if you would like the delivery to be made at a specific time or if you will be unavailable. Otherwise, we will proceed with the delivery as usual, and we will not be held responsible if no one is available to receive the order.

DISCLAIMER: If the order is not picked up within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our notification, it will be voided. Should you face any issues, please reach out to us within the working days so we can assist with rescheduling.

Shipping details provided must be accurate as no amendments allow after the order confirmed.
P.O. Box addresses are not accepted for delivery. Orders can only be delivered to the administration office or mail room for university/college campus addresses. The parcel will be delivered to the guardhouse or management office only by the guarded building.
Once you have received the parcel, you are advice to check the number of items, conditions, and correct features of the products that you have ordered as per the documents received (if any). e.g. invoice and consignment note, prior to signature. If there is any defect or wrong item, please contact us immediately.
You are not advisable to entrust a third party with receiving on your behalf, as signing implies that you have accepted the goods in their current condition.
