Product availability is subject to change. Shojikiya Website reserve the right to provide you with information on replacement of products with equal value that you purchased, if there are difficulties with product supply or there are no more items left in stock.

 

Order

Shojikiya Website reserve the right to delete any product from this website, as well as the information from the website, or if we do not process after the Order Confirmation has been sent. Despite our best efforts to process all orders, there may be extraordinary circumstances that cause us to refuse to process an order after the Order Confirmation has been received.

 

Delivery

The delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 days of the Order Confirmation date. Nonetheless, there could be delays due to factors such as unexpected circumstances or the distribution region. If Shojikiya Website are unable to meet the delivery deadline for any reason, we will notify and provide the option to continue shipping or cancel the order. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays. The order “delivered” shall be understood as you or a third party indicated by you obtains physical possession of the goods, as evidenced by signing the receipt of the order at the delivery address you specify.

 

Price & Payment

Shojikiya Website will make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on the website are accurate but mistakes may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products of your purchased, we will notify and provide the option to confirming or cancel the order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will proceed to cancel the order. The prices on the website do not include shipping fee. As indicated in our Shopping Guide, delivery charges will be added to the total price. Prices are subject to change at any time; however, changes will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has been sent. Please proceed through the purchase process, indicating or verifying the information requested at each stage.  Payments are subject to the bank or card issuing entity’s verification and authorization. We are not be liable for any delays or failures to deliver if the entity does not authorise the payment.
