Naturally Colored Fukujinzuke Pickles – Aged with Care for Rich Flavor and Crunch

This premium fukujinzuke (Japanese-style pickles) is made with a carefully selected blend of seven vegetables:
daikon radish, eggplant, cucumber, sword bean, lotus root, perilla (shiso), and ginger.

The vegetables are cold-aged for over a month, allowing their flavors to develop slowly. Pickled with honey and apple vinegar, the result is a mellow sweetness, deep umami, and a satisfying crunch.

Unlike many other brands that use artificial food coloring to create bright red pickles, we use only natural coloring agents, resulting in a more authentic and appealing appearance.

Perfect as a classic side for Japanese curry rice, but also great as a flavorful topping for fried rice, yakisoba (fried noodles), or other dishes.
