This barley tea is made with 100% domestically sourced six-row barley. Using our proprietary roasting technology, we have enhanced its extraction efficiency while preserving its rich flavor (compared to our standard).
It can be enjoyed both hot and cold—simply brew with hot water, or cold brew in as little as 30 minutes (at water temperatures of 20°C or above) for a fragrant, roasted taste.
