Based on Kurume Ramen’s unique aromatic pork bone broth, onions, ginger, soy sauce, and other ingredients are added to create a rich, sweet pork bone broth that emphasizes the flavor of pork and pork bones. Seasoning oil blended with several kinds of pork seasoning oil is added separately.
