Description
A value-sized version of the “Asage” fresh miso soup, made by blending two types of rice miso for a rich and balanced taste. Carefully prepared using select ingredients such as Makurazaki bonito flakes, kelp, and dried sardines to create a deep, flavorful broth. The combination of refined honkarebushi (aged bonito flakes) and aromatic arabushi (coarsely dried bonito) enhances the umami and aroma of the soup.
Contains wakame seaweed, wheat gluten, and green onion.
