Kurume Ramen is a long-time favorite from Sanyo Foods, first released in 1999. It features a rich, creamy tonkotsu (pork bone) soup made with pork extract and a special pork oil, allowing you to fully enjoy the deep umami of pork. The included aromatic garlic topping, added after cooking, enhances the flavor even more. The noodles are medium-thin and ready in 3 minutes with boiling water. Other ingredients include char siu (roasted pork), wood ear mushrooms, sesame seeds, and green onions.
