This service is an optional door-to-door add-on (RM5) for express delivery and is charged in addition to the flat rate. It includes driver-assisted loading and unloading directly to your residence. This service is especially recommended for customers living in high-rise buildings or those who may find self-pickup
inconvenient.Express Delivery Rate:-

Up to 10kg: Flat rate RM28

10kg – 20kg: Flat rate RM38
Customers must be present on-site to receive the parcel once delivery is in progress.
We will process to ship out your parcel within 1-3 working days(excluding
weekends and public holidays) via Grab Delivery, GoGet or Lalamove which you will receive on the same day we ship out the parcel.
DISCLAIMER: Please take note and be aware of your order, as we and the delivery personnel will contact you during delivery. If the buyer does not answer the call or pick up the order, the delivery will be forfeited, and the buyer will need to make another payment for re-delivery.
**Please indicate in your order if you would like the delivery to be made at a specific time or if you will be unavailable. Otherwise, we will proceed with the delivery as usual, and we will not be held responsible if no one is available to receive the order.
